Today everyone is troubled due to stress and tension, scientists of JNCASR have developed a device which will help in eliminating stress.

Today everyone in India is troubled due to stress. You will find symptoms of stress in every second person. Everyone spends lakhs of rupees to get it treated, even after this they do not get any relief. Many types of work are being done to solve this. For this, scientists have prepared a device, which will help in eliminating stress. What is stress and how will this device work, let us know.

What is stress?

Stress is usually caused due to reasons like work pressure, unhealthy lifestyle. This can happen for a few hours or days. In this, the person keeps thinking more about his current situation. Along with thinking, the person neither likes to talk to anyone nor likes to sit with anyone.

The device will help doctors

Scientists of Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore have created a device using silver wire. Which will be able to feel stress. Along with this, it will also be able to detect pain. After which it will react electric. People can wear this device. In which it will be easy for the doctor to see the previous record of stress, after which treatment can be done.

How does it work?
The team noted that when the device is stretched, small gaps appear within the silver network. This temporarily breaks the electrical pathway. To reconnect it, an electric pulse is given, which fills that gap, and essentially remembers the event.

Each time it is stretched and reconnected, the device gradually adjusts its feedback. Just like how our body adapts to repeated pain over time.

Works without complex setup or external sensors
This dynamic process enables the device to copy memory and optimization. Which brings humans closer to materials that react intelligently to them.

The device provides a systematic, efficient way to make technology naturally adapt to its environment, without complex setup or external sensors.

The scientists said the research could lead to more advanced health monitoring systems that sense stress like the human body, and adapt in real time, giving feedback to doctors or users.
