A shocking case has come to light in Bihar. Where, a person living in Samastipur district has filed a case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the court. The person has alleged that on January 15, 2025, Rahul Gandhi gave a provocative speech at the new headquarters of the Congress, after hearing which he got scared. At the time when he came to know about Rahul Gandhi’s provocative speech, he had a bucket of milk in his hand which fell due to fear.
There was 5 liters of milk in the bucket which fell on the ground and got wasted. Due to the falling of milk, he suffered a loss of Rs 250, along with this he also suffered mental agony due to the speech. Regarding this, the person has filed a charge sheet in the Rosra Civil Court of Samastipur district.
The person is a resident of Sonupur village of Samastipur
Mukesh Kumar Chaudhary, a resident of Sonupur village of Rosra police station area of Samastipur, filed in the court, it has been alleged that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi gave a provocative speech against the political system of India. Addressing party leaders after the inauguration of Congress headquarters Indira Bhawan, Rahul said that his fight is not only with BJP and RSS but also with the Indian State.

Choudhary has said that he saw this speech of Rahul Gandhi on TV and his mobile phone at his home. At the time when he came to know about Rahul Gandhi’s statement, he was leaving the house with a bucket of milk, but after hearing the statement, he got so scared that the bucket slipped from his hand and fell down, due to which 5 liters of milk fell on the ground and got wasted.
Loss of 250 rupees due to spilling of milk
He suffered a loss of 250 rupees due to the milk falling on the ground, along with this, he also suffered mental pain after hearing the statements. He felt insecure. This charge sheet against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has been filed by the person in the court of ACJM First of Rosra Civil Court under charge sheet number 57/2025.
