The order said that the International Criminal Court was engaged in baseless actions of alleged war crimes by American soldiers in Afghanistan and Israeli soldiers in Gaza, so this decision has been taken.

Action was also taken on UNHRC
Trump had also taken a big decision regarding UNHRC a few days ago. He announced that the US will no longer participate in the meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). Apart from this, Donald Trump has also banned the funding of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), a United Nations agency helping Palestine.
