Delhi CM Name?: It has been almost a week since the results of the Delhi Assembly elections were declared, but the situation regarding the CM face is still not clear. According to the information that is coming out about the CM face in Delhi, within the next one week, the new Chief Minister of Delhi will take oath along with his cabinet.
Actually, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been out of the country for the last three days, due to which there was no discussion among the top leaders of BJP regarding the CM of Delhi. But now that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is returning to the country, it is expected that within the next two days, there will be a discussion among the top leadership of BJP regarding the name of the new Chief Minister of Delhi.
According to the information coming out, within the next two days, the central leadership of BJP will appoint central observers for Delhi. Within a day or two of the appointment of observers, the process of electing the leader of the legislative party will be completed by calling a meeting of the Legislative Party in Delhi.
Information is also coming out that it is possible that the new Chief Minister of Delhi will take oath along with his cabinet on 19 or 20 February. Although to some extent it will also depend on the newly elected Chief Minister as to on which day and time he wants to take oath, but still it is expected that Delhi may get a new Chief Minister and cabinet on 19 or 20 February.

There is a continuous discussion on who will be the CM candidate. Meanwhile, BJP’s newly elected MLA from Patparganj, Ravindra Singh Negi said that we have 48 MLAs and all are worthy of CM.
Ravindra Negi said in a conversation with the media, “BJP has won 48 MLAs in Delhi. All are worthy of CM. Whoever the legislative party decides will be the CM. There are many seniors to us.” Ravindra Negi has also denied any kind of tussle within the party regarding the CM candidate.

On the statement of BJP MLA Abhay Verma from Laxmi Nagar, Ravindra Negi said, “There is no race. The leader of the legislative party will be elected in the legislative party meeting. There is no tussle for this post among us.” Ravindra Negi defeated AAP candidate Avadh Ojha by a huge margin in Patparganj. Ravindra Negi got 74,060 votes and Avadh Ojha got 45,988 votes. In the 2020 elections too, Ravindra Negi was given a ticket by BJP from Patparganj but he was defeated by Manish Sisodia.

On the other hand, on the threat of arrest hanging over former AAP minister Satyendra Jain, Ravinder Negi said, “All AAP leaders are involved in scams. All their leaders will go to jail. The CAG report will be presented in the first meeting after the formation of the cabinet and the former AAP minister who committed the scam will go to jail. The Union Home Ministry has requested the President to grant permission to prosecute Satyendra Jain in court under Section 218 of the Indian Civil Security Code (BNS), 2023. Satyendra Jain was arrested in May 2022. However, he is currently out on bail. The ED has filed a chargesheet against Satyendra Jain.
