Different academies are also being formed in our government, all these are sub-languages of Hindi, that is, they are daughters of Hindi. This House is not of pure literary and grammar scholars. Members from different sections of society have come to this House. The voice of the person at the bottom of the ladder should be given a voice in the House. If he is unable to speak Hindi, he can speak Awadhi, Bundelkhandi, Bhojpuri, whatever he is capable of.
Targeting the opposition
We congratulate that these dialects should get respect, for this we have formed academies. Today, the Indian diaspora living in Mauritius, Fiji are the Awadhi speaking people. You oppose every good work, we condemn it, our government believes that these dialects should be in the proceedings of the House.
