The National Investigation Agency arrested the UNLF chief under UAPA on March 13 last year.
The National Investigation Agency arrested the UNLF chief under UAPA for an international conspiracy to wage war against the government. After which the arrest of the NI was challenged in the court on behalf of Thokchom Shyamjai Singh.
