Maharashtra: Two tourists drowned in the sea in Sindhudurg district

Sindhudurg: A case of death of two tourists due to drowning in the sea has come to light in the district. It is being told that five tourists from Pune had gone to the sea to take bath at Tarkarli beach in Malvan. Out of those five tourists, three tourists went into the deep sea to take bath. All three tourists went into deep water, after which they started drowning. Seeing all three drowning, the local people tried to save them. However, one of these tourists was saved by the local people, while two tourists drowned. Both died due to drowning.

Local people had stopped them

It is being told that despite the advice of the local people, all these people went into the deep water of the sea. The local people had told them that one should not go into the deep sea, but these tourists did not listen and this accident happened. According to the information received in this regard, today on Saturday at 12 noon, five tourists from Pune had come to bathe at Tarkarli beach. Out of five, three tourists went into the deep sea to take bath. The local people had told them not to go into the deep sea, but still these tourists went to bathe in the deep sea. Soon all of them started drowning.

Two tourists drowned in the water

Seeing the tourists drowning, the local people tried to save them. The local citizens saved one of the three tourists, but two people drowned. Such accidents often happen on the beach, but the local citizens have expressed their displeasure over the administration ignoring them. The two tourists who died have been identified as Shubham Sushil Sonawane (Hadapsar, Pune) and Rohit Balasaheb Koli (Hadapsar, Pune). Onkar Ramchandra Bhosale (Pune) is in critical condition. He has been admitted to Sindhudurg District Hospital for treatment.
