Telangana Student Suicide: In the last few years, the cases of children committing suicide due to study stress are increasing. In the last 24 hours, two students committed suicide due to exam stress in Telangana. A 12th class student in Chandan Nagar, Hyderabad committed suicide by hanging himself before the exam. It is being told that the student was under pressure due to the intermediate examination to be held on March 5. Meanwhile, when no one was at home, he hanged himself from the fan.

The name of the deceased student was S Dixit Raju (17 years), who was a second year intermediate student in a private college in Miyapur. A first year college student committed suicide at her home on Saturday (1 February 2025) in Medak district of Telangana. Vaishnavi, a BSc first year student at Sri Chaitanya College in Hyderabad, had come to her home in Narsapur in Medak district for Shivaratri celebrations. On Saturday, she locked herself in a room and committed suicide.
The cases of children’s suicide are increasing
It is being told that she was afraid of her upcoming exams, so she took such a big step. A coaching student committed suicide on February 11 in Kota, Rajasthan. The deceased student has been identified as Ankush Meena, who was a resident of Sawai Madhopur and was preparing for NEET while living in Pratap Nagar area of Dadabari in Kota. He was preparing for NEET for one and a half years while living in Kota.
Earlier on January 18, Manan Jain, a student preparing for JEE in Kota, Rajasthan, committed suicide. He was originally from Bundi. He was studying while living in Kota. He had his Mains paper on January 22. He was living in Kota for three years.
