A new twist has emerged in the case of molestation of Union Minister Raksha Khadse’s daughter and her friends in Jalgaon. It has been told that all the accused in the case are from Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. A case has been registered against five people. One accused has been arrested in this case. The Union Minister herself had gone to the police station and lodged a complaint in this case.
Raksha Khadse said that the accused not only molested my daughter and her friends but also misbehaved with the policeman and also attacked him. Two cases have been registered against the accused at Muktai Nagar Police Station. One of these cases is of molestation of Minister Khadse’s daughter while the other is of attacking the policeman.
2 accused arrested in this case
So far, Jalgaon Police has arrested 2 accused in the case of molestation of Union Minister Raksha Khadse’s daughter and her friends and assault on her bodyguard in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The arrested accused include Kiran Mali and a 17-year-old minor. A total of 7 accused are named in the bodyguard’s FIR, while 7 accused are named in the molestation case as well. A case has been registered against all of them under the BNS and POCSO Act.
What did Raksha Khadse say on the whole matter?
In this entire matter, Khadse said that I went to the police station not as a Union Minister but as a mother. The incident that happened with my daughter and her friends the night before yesterday is condemnable. There must be many mothers who are suffering from this. They should go to the police station and file a complaint. My daughter and her friends had gone to the Mahashivratri fair, where some people molested them.
They also misbehaved with the police guard. They had the courage to molest and make videos even in the presence of policemen. This cannot be tolerated and that is why I have lodged an FIR. 30-40 people gathered and started misbehaving with the police. They can enter any house and do whatever they want. I have ordered the police to take strict action.
Are all the accused from Shinde’s Shiv Sena?
According to sources, the accused in the case registered in the police station, Aniket Bhoi, is a staunch supporter of MLA Chandrakant Patil and the nephew of Chhotubhai, the district head of the Shiv Sena Shinde faction of Raver Lok Sabha constituency. It has been told that four to five cases are already registered against Aniket Bhoi in Muktai Nagar police station. At the same time, the people who have been arrested in this entire case include Aniket Bhoi, Piyush More, Soham Koli, Anuj Patil, Kiran Mali, Chetan Bhoi, Sachin Palve.
Piyush More is a former corporator of the Shinde faction. Sachin Palve is the head of the Shiv Sena Shinde faction medical aid cell, Muktai Nagar city and Kiran Mali and Soham Koli are also relatives of the officials of the Shiv Sena Shinde faction.
Strict action will be taken against the accused- CM Fadnavis
On the incident of molestation of Raksha Khadse’s daughter and her friends, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis alleged that members of a political party were involved in this incident. Those who have done this, it is a despicable act. The police have registered a case and some have already been booked. Such harassment in public places is wrong. They cannot be forgiven and strict action will be taken against them.
