In Jabalpur, which is called the cultural capital, the incidents of cruelty with minors are not stopping. The latest case has come to light from Patan police station area of Jabalpur district. Here, an incident of cruelty with a 15-year-old minor has come to light. On the complaint of the victim, the police have arrested the accused and he will be presented in the court.
Actually, this entire incident is from Patan police station area. The accused named Golu Chadhar, a resident of the area, threatened to kill a 15-year-old minor, gagged her mouth and took her to a deserted area and raped her. The family has lodged a report of the entire case in Patan police station. On the basis of which the police have registered an FIR and arrested the accused Golu Chadhar.
Forcibly abducted from home
The 15-year-old victim told the police in her statement that before the incident, the accused Golu was hiding near the house. As soon as he got the chance, he gagged me and took me to a deserted area. After this, he committed the crime. Along with this, the victim told that the door of the house was open at night. When she woke up, she went to close the door, then Golu came and forcibly picked her up and took her towards the field. Before she could shout and protest, Golu covered her mouth. He forcefully carried out the incident and ran away from there threatening her. Golu threatened that if she told this to anyone, he would kill the whole family.
Rape incidents have happened earlier too
Such incidents have been coming to light in Jabalpur for the last few days. The first incident was in Belkheda police station area, where a government school teacher raped an 8-year-old minor studying in class 3 in the school itself. The second incident took place in Katangi police station area, where two real brothers raped a minor for about 16 days. Due to the remorse of this, the minor victim committed suicide by consuming poison.
The third incident took place in Hanumantal police station area, where a 42-year-old Muslim man raped a 5-year-old innocent girl. The fourth incident is from Panagar police station area, where the 23-year-old cousin of the 9-year-old sister kept committing atrocities on her for 2 months by threatening her.
The accused was arrested by the police
In the entire case, Additional SP Suryakant Sharma said that the accused Golu Chadhar has been arrested on the complaint of the victim. A case has been registered against the accused under kidnapping, rape and POCSO Act. The accused will be presented in the court. Along with this, the medical test of the victim is also being done. The police is collecting all the evidence to get the accused punished. Strict steps are being taken to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
