CM Bhagwant Mann had a meeting with the farmers on Tuesday but this meeting could not be completed. Bhagwant Mann said that because the farmers wanted to continue their protest. Therefore the meeting was canceled. The farmers said that the attitude of the CM was full of anger. He got up and left the meeting.
People are getting upset due to dharnas
The CM said that if you order something online and want to deliver it to the address of Punjab, then it will be written that the roads are closed and the rate of delivery in Punjab will be different. Are they building our international image? Is it a thing that they block the roads every day and sit down? He said that I was not angry at all in the meeting with the farmers.
The meeting was not called due to fear – Mann
The CM said that I told them that I did not call the meeting due to fear, I have met them before. I am your friend…but if you tell me that the front will continue with the meeting, then I cancel the meeting and you can continue the front.
I cannot take action – CM
Responding to a question about his meeting with farmer leaders, Mann said that I told them yesterday that you stop trains and block roads every day. This causes huge economic loss to Punjab and Punjab is becoming a state of protests. He said that my leniency should not be construed to mean that I cannot take action.
