The victim’s uncle, who is a driver by profession, had registered a case of kidnapping against an unknown accused in Jogeshwari Police Station on 26 February.

Meanwhile, the railway police got suspicious when the victim girl was roaming around Dadar railway station. When the police questioned her, she told that she was sexually assaulted. After this, Dadar Railway Police immediately contacted Jogeshwari Police, after the reaction of the victim, a case of gang rape was registered against the accused. Jogeshwari Police registered a case against 5 accused under the POCSO Act. After that Jogeshwari Police arrested all 5 accused of atrocities.
The arrested accused are AC mechanics. Seeing the girl alone after school, the accused took her to their house located in Sanjay Nagar area of Jogeshwari and raped her in turns. At present, Jogeshwari Police has arrested all 5 accused and is engaged in further investigation. Police has registered a case on the basis of the statement of the victim child. Police is investigating the matter with the help of CCTV to find out what really happened?

The victim girl lives with one of her relatives in Jogeshwari. She went missing on February 24. Seeing the girl alone, the accused took her to their house in Sanjay Nagar, Jogeshwari and then raped her in turns. Later on February 27, the victim was found by the railway police at Dadar station. The railway police handed her over to the Jogeshwari police. During police interrogation, it was revealed that she was sexually assaulted in Jogeshwari area.
