According to NASA, this planet is potato-shaped and its average diameter is 140 miles, which means about one-sixteenth of the diameter of the Earth’s moon. Experts believe that the gold present here is worth billions of dollars.

Most asteroids in space are rocky or icy, but 16 Psyche is considered to be the open part of a dead planet. That is why if it is divided into equal parts, then everyone on Earth can become a billionaire. Psyche was discovered on March 17, 1852 by Italian astronomer Annibale de Gasparis. He named the asteroid after Psyche. It takes about five Earth years to complete one revolution around the Sun.
Mission changed
Psyche takes just over four hours to rotate once on its axis. NASA’s Psyche space mission was scheduled to launch in 2022 and reach the asteroid by 2026, but the mission was later postponed to 2023.
