Rouse Avenue Court orders fresh FIR against former Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal

After losing the Delhi elections, Arvind Kejriwal’s troubles are increasing continuously. Kejriwal has got a big setback from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Rouse Avenue Court has accepted the demand to register a new FIR against Kejriwal. In a complaint filed in the court in 2019, it was alleged that Kejriwal, former AAP MLA Gulab Singh and Dwarka councilor Nitika Sharma deliberately misused public money by putting up large-sized hoardings at various places in Delhi. In the complaint, it was demanded to register an FIR against all these.

Kejriwal’s trouble may increase

The case was heard by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Neha Mittal and today the court, accepting this complaint, has asked the police to submit a report on the implementation of the order by March 18. Let us tell you that this order of the court has come a few weeks after Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party was ousted from power by the Bharatiya Janata Party after ruling the national capital for more than 10 years, due to which Kejriwal’s trouble may increase once again.

BJP accuses Kejriwal of corruption

Last week, Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva had alleged large-scale corruption in the ‘mohalla clinics’ run by the AAP government and accused former health minister Satyendra Jain and former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal of running ‘corruption shops’ in the name of free healthcare. Sachdeva’s reaction came after senior AAP leader Jain, in a press conference, strongly criticised the BJP government’s alleged plan to close 250 ‘mohalla clinics’ in Delhi. He called it a move that would ‘cripple’ the city’s healthcare infrastructure.
