Police suspect that this blast may be connected to Pakistan’s ISI terrorist group. Amritsar Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said that the police was informed about the incident at around 2 o’clock late on Friday night. Bhullar said that an FIR was registered on March 7, in which two accused were caught and heroin was recovered from them. During the investigation, the names of three youths came to light – Karna, Mukesh and Sajan.
