Drug census will be conducted in Punjab – Arvind Kejriwal
The AAP convenor further said, “A campaign against drug addiction will be started from April 1. Drug census will be conducted to know the number of drug addicts in every household of Punjab. We will help them overcome drug addiction.” He further said, “On the one hand, drug smugglers will not be spared, strict action will be taken against them. At the same time, drug addicts need to be embraced. Every effort will be made to get them out of the trap of drug addiction with love and affection.”
Arvind Kejriwal wrote in a social media post, “Let me tell those who are spoiling the atmosphere of Punjab that the Aam Aadmi Party government will not let your such nefarious designs succeed. This is not the government of Congress-BJP or Akali Dal. This is the government of Aam Aadmi Party. The person who threw grenade at the temple in Amritsar has been killed in an encounter. If you love your life, then do not try to disturb the peace of Punjab.”
