Banka: The police has made a big disclosure in the case of the headless body found in Banka, Bihar. The police has given information about this by holding a press conference. In this case, 3 people including the wife of the deceased have been arrested. In fact, on April 11, a sensation spread in Rampur Bahiyar area of Amarpur police station area of Banka district, when the headless body of a person was found in the Vilasi canal. As soon as the information about the body was received, the Amarpur police station in-charge reached the spot with his team and immediately started investigating the matter.
What is the whole matter?
The deceased was identified as Bihari Yadav, resident of Kenduar, Amarpur police station. The deceased was identified on the basis of his clothes and other belongings, which was also confirmed by the people present at the scene. As soon as the information was received, the family members were informed.
In view of the seriousness of the matter, a special team was formed on the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, Banka and investigation was started immediately. Shocking revelations were made during the interrogation of the deceased’s wife Rinku Kumari. She told that her husband had reached Punasia after returning from Kolkata on 6 April and he had talked to her from Punasia to English Mor, after which there was no contact.
During interrogation it was revealed that the deceased’s wife Rinku Kumari had a love affair with some other men of the village, after which the husband came to know about it, he started beating her and also stopped giving money. Due to this enmity, Rinku Kumari along with her two associates Baleshwar Harijan and Bijula Devi hatched a conspiracy to kill her husband. It was told that Rinku Kumari met some criminals in jail, where she planned the murder.
After coming out of jail, she gave a contract of Rs 35 thousand to Baleshwar Harijan for the murder. On April 11, Bihari Yadav was murdered by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon and the body was thrown into the Vilasi canal.
The police team solved the case within 24 hours and arrested the three accused (Rinku Kumari, Baleshwar Harijan and Bijula Devi). On the information given by the accused, the severed head, the sharp weapon used in the murder, Rinku Kumari’s blood-stained clothes and the deceased’s mobile phone have been recovered. All the three accused have confessed to the crime during interrogation.
