According to airport sources, a passenger was taken down from an Air India plane at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) due to security concerns. The matter is of flight number AI-2820 going from Bengaluru to New Delhi, in which this passenger was present.

Sources said that at 6:05 pm something happened that the passenger was taken down from the plane. Fortunately, the plane had not taken off till then. A statement of an Air India official also came out in this matter. He said that we are aware of the incident, but we will not give any information about it.

According to the officer, ‘There must have been some reason behind deboarding the passenger from the plane. This is not a common thing. There were some specific concerns, which we cannot disclose.’
