A shocking incident has happened in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. Here a son got all the land registered in his name inherited by showing his widowed mother dead. He also sold some of this land. On getting information about this, the elderly woman investigated and met the DM and pleaded for justice. The victim told in her complaint to the DM that while she was still alive, her son declared her dead to grab the land. The case is of Phaphund police station area.
The victim Prema Devi, wife of late Ram Narayan, who reached the DM office, told that she lives in Bamhori Sherpur Saraiya village. She told that after the death of her husband, the ancestral land of the family was in her name. But now her elder son Shivpal, in connivance with the Lekhpal, declared her dead and got all the land registered in his name. Not only this, he has sold this land to Munni Devi alias Shyamlata wife of Brijmohan and Reena Porwal daughter of Chunna Porwal wife of Mohan Porwal.
DM ordered investigation
On the complaint of the victim, DM Dr. Indramani Tripathi has assured to get the investigation done and provide all possible help to the victim. The DM said that strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in this case. After meeting the DM, the victim said that she has also demanded to register a case against the government employees and her son who did fraud in her land and declared her dead in a fake manner.
Demand to cancel inheritance
Along with this, she has also demanded to cancel the wrongly done inheritance. According to the victim, the DM has assured her of appropriate action. Let us tell you that many such cases have come up in Auraiya before. After the complaints received in this regard, the matter is being investigated.
