Bihar: Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that 1800 vacant posts of assistant professors in the medical colleges of the state will be filled soon.

Bihar: Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey has said that appointments will soon be made on 1800 vacant posts of assistant professors in the state’s medical colleges. Its process will be started in two to two and a half months. Mangal Pandey gave appointment letters to a total of 694 newly appointed senior medical officers and medical officers on Tuesday, June 10, in the Energy Auditorium. On this occasion, he gave information related to the reinstatement.

On the other hand, Mangal Pandey also informed that now government doctors will be posted at places of their choice. He said that this is the second time in 10 days that I have got the opportunity to give appointment letters among doctors. Earlier, on May 31, appointment letters were handed over to a total of 228 doctors. Along with this, 509 PG doctors were also posted.

Appointment letters distributed to 1400 doctors in 10 days

Mangal Pandey said, “The Bihar government has distributed appointment letters to about 1400 doctors in the last 10 days and they have been posted. This is a record in itself. This will overcome the shortage of doctors in the state.”

The Health Minister said that apart from this, the process of appointment of AYUSH doctors has been started by the State Health Committee, which will be completed soon. Recently, 7468 ANM nurses have been appointed in the state, out of which 7300 nurses have taken up their charge. Not only this, the Bihar government is also going to appoint 4500 CHOs in the next one and a half months.

On this occasion, Mangal Pandey expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He said that all this has been possible with the cooperation of both. He appealed to the newly appointed doctors to serve the patients with complete ease, ease and complete transparency. The Health Minister said that medical service is a teamwork. In this, everyone from doctor to nurse, technician and pharmacist has their own role.
