According to the information, Sunil Yadav, a resident of Gaura village, who lives in Lucknow and drives a vehicle. Had come home 20 days ago to attend the wedding of his brother Manish Yadav. Late on Monday evening, his wife started beating both her children. Sunil forbade his wife from doing so, due to which she became more furious.
In anger, she tried to hang herself, but the villagers stopped her. Despite this, late at night, she strangled her 5-year-old daughter to death. After this, she also tried to strangle her 3-year-old son, who was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
Police started investigation
The murder of the daughter by the mother created a stir in the entire area. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the Mehanagar police reached the spot and took the dead daughter’s body in custody and sent it for postmortem. Sunil Yadav has filed a complaint against his wife in Mehanagar police station, on the basis of which the police has started legal action.
In this case, SP City Madhuban Kumar Singh said that a woman named Saroj Yadav beat up her children after quarreling with her husband. The children were taken to the hospital in injured condition, where 5-year-old girl Kittu died.
He said that in this case, a complaint has been given by the family in Mehanagar police station, on the basis of which a case has been registered. The girl’s body has been taken into custody and postmortem is being done. The accused woman has been taken into custody. Interrogation is being done.
