Delhi Police has sought a reply to the notice from the Chief Minister within three days. This notice has been issued to Kejriwal regarding allegations of horse trading against BJP MLAs.

It is being told that while receiving the notice, Delhi Police has asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to reply within three days. According to the information, in the notice the police has asked the Chief Minister about the evidence of the allegations leveled against the BJP MLAs. Apart from this, he was also asked to reveal the names of those seven MLAs on the basis of which allegations of horse trading were made. Now it remains to be seen whether Kejriwal responds to the notice or not.

Crime branch asked for proof of allegations
According to sources, Delhi Police has written in the notice that all the evidence on the basis of which the Chief Minister has made allegations against BJP should be handed over to the Crime Branch so that the matter can be investigated further. The Crime Branch officials who arrived with the notice said that they want to hand over the notice to Kejriwal and want it to be received by him. However, in the end when Kejriwal did not come forward to take the notice, the crime branch team handed the notice to his office staff and left.

Police can also give notice to the arsonist
It is being told that a team of Crime Branch is preparing to send a notice to Delhi Government Minister Atishi also. Initially it was said that a team of Crime Branch has reached Atishi’s house, but later information came to light that Atishi is not in Delhi, she has gone to Chandigarh. In such a situation, the police did not go to his residence. If sources are to be believed, if Atishi returns to Delhi today, the crime branch team may reach her by late evening to give notice to her.

Kejriwal said – Instead of stopping crime, the police is doing drama.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that I sympathize with this Crime Branch officer. What is their fault? Their job is to stop crime in Delhi, but instead of stopping crime, this kind of drama is being done. That is why crime is increasing so much in Delhi. Their political masters are asking me that which MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party have been tried to break? But you know more than me? Then why this drama?

What is the whole matter?
In fact, Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had claimed on January 27 that BJP is trying to topple the government by breaking its MLAs. Kejriwal had tweeted saying that recently he had contacted seven of our MLAs and said that Kejriwal would be arrested within a few days. After that we will break the MLAs. Talks have been held with 21 MLAs and talks are going on with the rest as well. You people also agree, will give Rs 25 crore and will contest the elections on BJP ticket.
