Let us tell you about the experience of these two captains. Captain Sumit Sabharwal had 8,200 flying hours of experience and First Officer Clive Kunder had 1100 hours of flying experience. The plane was taking off from runway number 23 of Ahmedabad airport when this accident happened.
According to the report, after flying for about 9 minutes, the flight collided with a nearby building and met with an accident. The plane could fly only up to a height of 600 feet and crashed. After the crash, the debris of the Air India plane fell on the surrounding buildings, which also caused a fire there. The vehicles parked there also caught fire.
