Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will participate in the “Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh” organized in Surat, Gujarat today. This event will be the second major dialogue after Bengaluru in the series of Industry and Employment Year 2025 campaign. The objective of this campaign is to increase the engagement with industrial clusters at the regional level, create employment opportunities and facilitate investment.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will underline the long-term vision of industrial development of the state, infrastructure expansion and the reliable environment created for investors. He will also meet industrialists one-to-one, in which investment-specific partnerships will be discussed in detail. The main focus of the interactive session will be on those sectors in which Madhya Pradesh’s competitive edge is clearly visible.

Pharmaceuticals, Gems and Jewellery, Engineering
This includes textiles and apparel, petrochemicals and chemicals, bulk drugs, pharmaceuticals, gems and jewellery, engineering and related manufacturing units. Investment-oriented projects of Madhya Pradesh will be showcased in the program. Along with this, information about 18 new sectoral policies of the state and facilities available for industrial cooperation will also be given to the investors.

Representatives of major industry groups, senior corporate leaders and industry organizations will participate in it. South Gujarat Zonal Council Chairman and Praveen Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. Director Hetul Mehta will deliver the welcome address in the program. The film Infinite Possibilities in MP, focusing on the industrial capabilities, infrastructure and policy innovations of Madhya Pradesh, will be screened.

Discussion on industrial policies and direction of investment
Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Raghavendra Kumar Singh will give a special presentation on the land available in the state, recent industrial policies and effective steps taken towards investment. On this occasion, experiences of those industrialists will also be shared, who are already successfully operating in Madhya Pradesh. Through continuous dialogue and focused efforts in various cities of the country and abroad, Madhya Pradesh is continuously strengthening its position as a leading destination for industrial investment in India.
