Delhi: Once again a case of rape of two 18-year-old minor girls in a swimming pool in Narela area has come to light, police arrested two accused

Once again a shameful incident has been witnessed in the national capital Delhi. An incident of alleged rape of two minor girls of nine years has come to light in a swimming pool in Narela area here. The police have arrested two accused involved in this incident. A police officer has given information about this incident on Tuesday. Let’s know about this whole incident.

What is the whole matter?

According to the information given by the police, this whole incident came to light on August 7 in a swimming pool located near Lampur bus stand in Lampur. After this, on August 8, the mother of a victim lodged a complaint at the Narela police station. The woman told in the complaint that her daughter and another girl were raped in the swimming pool. After this, the police registered a case and started action.

Case registered under these sections

Based on the complaint of the victim’s mother, the police have registered a case under sections 70 (2) (gang rape), 127 (2) (wrongful restraint) and 351 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and sections of the POCSO Act. The victims of the incident have recorded their statements before the magistrate under section 183 of the IPC. After this, the police immediately formed a team to catch the accused and arrested two accused.

Identity of the accused revealed

According to the information given by the police, “The team arrested two people, identified as Anil Kumar (age 37 years), a resident of Samastipur district of Bihar and Munil Kumar (age 24 years) of Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh.” Both have no prior criminal record. Further investigation is going on in the case.
