Jabalpur High Court of Madhya Pradesh has given instructions to register an FIR against Congress MLA Arif Masood from Bhopal. The High Court said that an FIR should be registered against Arif Masood within three days. Also, the High Court has directed the DGP to form an SIT in this matter.
Case of running a college in a fraudulent manner
It is known that the High Court has given instructions to register an FIR against Arif Masood in the case of running a college in a fraudulent manner in Bhopal. ADG Communication Sanjeev Sami has been made the head of the SIT in the High Court. Also, it was instructed that two officers should be selected as per their choice and investigate the fraud of this Aman Education Society.
Ban on admission for the new session
At the same time, in this entire matter, keeping in mind the future of the students, the High Court said that Arif Masood’s college will continue for the time being. However, the High Court has banned admission for the new session. At the same time, Congress MLA Arif Masood is talking about going to the Supreme Court against the special order of the High Court.
This fraud may have been going on for 20 years – Court
Justice Atul Shridhar’s double bench heard the case. The judge expressed surprise and said that it is not possible that such fraud has been going on for 20 years without political patronage.
Congress MLA gave fake sale deed
The High Court said that Arif Masood’s political connections are such that in the year 2004, Arif Masood gave a fake sale deed. Even after that, the government directed Arif Masood to submit the sale deed again, but no one gathered the courage to check the resubmitted sale deed for 20 years. The High Court has said that action should be taken not only against Arif in the case but also against those officers who have a role in this whole matter.
Recognition was cancelled
In fact, the recognition of the college run by Aman Education of Congress MLA Arif Masood from Bhopal was cancelled recently. The Higher Education Department had cancelled the recognition of Indira Priyadarshini College. Earlier, the college had received interim recognition, but the department cancelled the recognition as the college did not fulfill the required documents and conditions. Congress MLA Masood is accused of getting the recognition for the college by submitting fake documents of the institution, in which the concerned officials were also accused of collusion.
