Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar and West Bengal today i.e. on Friday. First of all, PM Modi will reach Gayaji in Bihar at 11 am…where he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several development projects costing around Rs 13 thousand crores. PM Modi will also gift two trains to Bihar. PM Modi will inaugurate the Gaya to Delhi Amrit Bharat train and Vaishali to Koderma Buddha Circuit train. After this, PM Modi will inaugurate the Auntha-Simaria bridge built on the Ganges river.
PM Modi will reach Kolkata in the evening
The Prime Minister will reach Kolkata at around 4.15 pm where he will ride in the new section of the Kolkata Metro after inaugurating it. During this, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several development projects costing more than Rs 5 thousand 200 crores in Kolkata. On this occasion, PM Modi will also address a public meeting in Dumdum Cantonment.
What will PM Modi do in Bihar
He will launch the upgradation of National Highway-31 (Bakhtiyarpur-Mokma, Rs 1,900 crore) for smooth travel. He will inaugurate the Buxar Thermal Power Plant (Rs 6,880 crore), which will add 660 MW capacity. He will inaugurate the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital in Muzaffarpur for advanced cancer treatment. He will launch the Namami Gange sewage treatment projects for cleaning the Ganga. He will flag off the Amrit Bharat Express (Gaya-Delhi) and the Buddhist Circuit Train (Vaishali-Koderma). He will hand over the keys of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) to the beneficiaries.
What will the Prime Minister do in Bengal
Prime Minister Modi’s visit will begin from Jessore Road Metro Station at 4:15 pm. During this, he will flag off metro trains running between Noapara and Jai Hind Bimanbandar Metro Station. After the flagging off ceremony, the Prime Minister will ride the Metro on the newly inaugurated route and return. At 4:45 PM, the Prime Minister will arrive at the Central Jail Ground, Dum Dum, where he will inaugurate several development projects for the state of West Bengal. These projects are aimed at boosting infrastructure and improving civic amenities in the area. At 5:30 PM, Prime Minister Modi will address a public meeting at the same venue, Central Jail Ground, Dum Dum.
