The whole case is here
50-year-old Shivbir Singh, originally from Mawai Ghat in Banda and currently from Lalupur village in Sachendi, used to work in a private job in Gujarat. Deceased Shivbir’s sister Kanti told the police that 6 years ago, Shivbir came to live in the village with his wife and children.
Due to not having a house in the village, nephew Amit gave them a place in front of his house, where Shivbir built a hut and lived with mother Savitri, wife and children. During this time, Amit had a love affair with his aunt Lakshmi.
After the illegal relationship came to light, there used to be a fight between husband and wife. After getting to know about the illegal relationship between nephew and wife from the villagers, Shivbir used to beat his wife after drinking alcohol. On which Lakshmi made a plan to kill her husband with her lover nephew to remove him from the way. On the night of 1 November 2024, Lakshmi mixed intoxicating pills in the tea and made the whole family drink it.
After the family members became unconscious, Lakshmi called Amit and killed Shivbir by attacking him on the head with a saber. After killing him, the accused buried his body in the garden of Haripal and Devpal at a distance of 500 meters from the house. When the children woke up in the morning and asked about their father, Lakshmi told them that they had received a call for a job, on which Shivbir left for Gujarat late at night.
Son talked to mother on phone
On November 5, Shivbir’s elder son Anand went to Rajasthan for a job. During this time, Anand called mother Lakshmi and asked about his father several times, she told him that they had talked and he was fine.
When Anand asked his mother for his father’s number, she told him that talking on the phone is not allowed in the factory, his mobile number is also new, so she does not remember it. Anand called his mother to come home on Rakshabandhan.
During this time, he asked for his father’s mobile number and asked to bring him along, on which Lakshmi said that she had not talked to Shivbir for two months. Mother Savitri told that she had also asked him about her son several times, then Lakshmi told her that she was talking to him continuously.
