Pakistan has once again faced international humiliation. India has held Pakistan in the mirror at the United Nations. Pakistan, in a befitting reply, stated that Pakistan was the country that launched Operation Searchlight in 1971, during which its own army sexually assaulted 400,000 women. India also cornered Pakistan on the issue of terrorism. India’s Permanent Representative Parvathaneni Harish also presented the country’s position on the Jammu and Kashmir issue.
In fact, Pakistan was making statements against India in the United Nations Security Council and told many blatant lies. During this, Indian representative Harish held Pakistan in the mirror. Pakistan had said that Kashmiri women have been facing sexual violence for decades. In response, Harish said, “Unfortunately, we are forced to listen to misleading rhetoric against our country every year, especially on Jammu and Kashmir, which is an integral part of India.”
What India Said on Operation Searchlight
Exposing Pakistan, he said, “A country that bombs its own people and systematically commits genocide only uses false rhetoric to divert the world’s attention. Pakistan is the country that launched Operation Searchlight in 1971 and allowed its own army to sexually assault 400,000 women.”

Pakistan has been humiliated at the United Nations several times.
This is not the first time India has exposed Pakistan at the United Nations; Pakistan has been humiliated before. India has also exposed Pakistan’s dark truth to the world on the issue of terrorism.
