The Delhi government on Tuesday (November 4) carried out a major administrative reshuffle within the Delhi Administrative Service (DANICS). Several officers from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and the Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS) have been transferred. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena approved the transfers, and several officers have been assigned new responsibilities.

The list of officers appointed is as follows:

Hemant Kumar (IAS, AGMUT-2013) has been given the additional charge of Special CEO (DDMA) and Special Secretary (Urban Development).

Sunil Anchipaka (IAS, AGMUT-2014) has been given the additional charge of Special Commissioner (Trade and Taxes) and Special Secretary (Revenue).

Ada Raja Babu (IAS, AGMUT-2014), previously in the Tourism Department, has been appointed Special Registrar (Cooperative Societies).

Yash Chaudhary (EAS, AGMUT-2017) has been given the additional responsibility of Special Secretary (Health).

Amol Srivastava (IAS, AGMUT-2018) has been given the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner (East) along with Special Secretary (Land and Buildings).

Kanika (IAS, AGMUT-2022) has been appointed SDM (Alipur).

Raghavendra Meena (IAS, AGMUT-2022) has been appointed SDM (Karawal Nagar).

In addition, the postings of several officers from the DANICS cadre have also been changed:

K.C. Surendra (DANICS-2001) has been appointed Deputy Commissioner (MCD).

Dharmendra Kumar (DANICS-2008) has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office and Administrator, DCCWS.

Prashant Kumar (DANICS-2010) has been appointed Managing Director (DCHFC).

Narendra S. Pati Tripathi (DANICS-2011) has been appointed Joint Secretary (Administrative Reforms) with the additional responsibility of Joint Secretary (Department of Art, Culture and Languages).

Mukesh Rajora (DANICS-2013) has been appointed ADM (Headquarters), Revenue Department.

Radheshyam Meena (DANICS-2017) has been appointed Director (Delhi Jal Board).

Tapadia Shrikant Rajendra Prasad (DANICS-2018) has been transferred to the Deputy Commissioner, Food Safety Department.

Amodh Barthwal (DANICS-2022) has been appointed SDM (Vivek Vihar).

Also, amending the old order, Arun Kumar Jha (DANICS-2009) was designated as Additional Commissioner (Food and Civil Supplies).
