Terrorist Umar Mohammad, who carried out the suicide car bombing near Delhi’s Red Fort, has been seen on CCTV cameras dressed as a doctor. A photo of the terrorist dressed as a doctor has surfaced. This photo was taken at a shop in Faridabad, Haryana. The photo of this terrorist, seen in a doctor’s uniform, dates back to before the car bombing. He himself was killed in the car bombing.
Terrorist Module Busted
A module of white-collar terrorists linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) has been busted in Faridabad. New CCTV footage shows him carrying two mobile phones. Mohammad was in the white Hyundai i20 car that exploded near the Red Fort red light.
This terrorist was a resident of Pulwama
Terrorist Umar Mohammad was born in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, in 1989. He was a doctor at Faridabad’s Al-Falah Medical College and is now under investigation on terrorism charges along with several other doctors.
DNA testing led to the identification of his body.
Using CCTV footage, police retraced his entire route to Chandni Chowk in Delhi on November 10th. DNA testing confirmed the identity of his body.
Bought a car while working at a university.
Terrorist Mohammed Al Falah, while working at a university, purchased an i20 car from a city dealer on October 29th. He took it out for a pollution check that day and then parked it there for the next 12 days.
CCTV footage being scrutinized.
Several investigative agencies, including the NIA, are investigating the Delhi Red Fort blast. Investigators are also searching for more CCTV footage to piece together the terrorist plot.
