Prime Minister Narendra Modi will initiate a discussion in the Lok Sabha on Monday on the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram. It is expected to reveal several important and unknown aspects of the national song. The discussion on the 150th anniversary of the national song Vande Mataram is scheduled for Monday and has been allotted 10 hours for the debate. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will be the second speaker. Congress Deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha Gaurav Gogoi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, among other members, will also participate. Nadda as the second speaker. The Lok Sabha will also discuss electoral reforms, covering all aspects of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Rajya Sabha will discuss electoral reforms on Wednesday and Thursday. The first two days of the winter session, which began on December 1, were disrupted by opposition parties’ uproar over the SIR.

Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will be the speakers from the opposition.

Sources said the Congress has finalized its list of speakers for both debates, which will be held in the Lok Sabha on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Other speakers from the Congress in the lower house include Deepender Hooda, Bimole Akoijam, Praniti Shinde, Prashant Padole, Kiran Chamala Reddy, and Jyotsna Mahant. Congress speakers in the Lok Sabha for the electoral reforms debate will include K.C. Venugopal, Manish Tewari, Varsha Gaikwad, Mohammad Javed, Ujjwal Raman Singh, Isa Khan, Ravi Mallu, Imran Masood, Gowal Padvi, and Jyotimani. Debates on both issues will be held in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, where Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge will participate.
