Party national general secretary Arun Singh informed that the BJP’s parliamentary board has appointed Nitin Naveen, a minister in the Bihar government, as the party’s national working president. The BJP is confident that Nitin Naveen’s appointment will strengthen the organization at the national level. Although young in age, he has considerable experience in the organization.
Who is Nitin Naveen?
Nitin Naveen is currently serving as the Minister of Road Construction and Urban Development and Housing Department in Bihar. As a five-time MLA in Bihar and a minister in the state government, he has extensive experience working with the public. Nitin Naveen has also served as the General Secretary of the BJP’s National Youth Wing twice.
Nitin Naveen is the son of veteran BJP leader Naveen Kishore Sinha. He is known as an Indian politician and social worker and belongs to the Kayastha community. He has also served as the Bihar state president of the party’s youth wing. He represents the Bankipur assembly constituency in Patna district. In the recently concluded Bihar assembly elections, Nitin Naveen defeated RJD candidate Rekha Gupta by a margin of over 51,000 votes in the Bankipur constituency.
What did Nitin Naveen say after becoming the president?
After becoming the national working president of the BJP, Nitin Naveen spoke to ABP News. He said that this is a testament to the central leadership’s trust, and he is grateful. He further added that he will work with the experience of PM Modi, JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, who are all part of the central leadership.
Nitin Naveen further said that he will utilize the experience of these leaders to take the party forward. Nitish Kumar further wrote, “He has been elected as an MLA for the fifth time and is working with us in the cabinet as an energetic colleague. Nitin Naveen is a dedicated and disciplined politician. I hope that this new responsibility will further strengthen the Bharatiya Janata Party. I pray to God for his good health and a bright tenure.”
