Emphasizing the aid received from several countries, President Zelenskyy said on the social media platform X that the European Council has allocated 90 billion euros for 2026-27, along with aid packages from Norway and Japan, and a maritime drone agreement with Portugal.

Zelenskyy said, “The Odesa region and our south were particularly heavily attacked. Our services continue their work to restore normal life in these areas. We are countering this Russian terror on many levels. The Ukrainian and United States negotiating teams are working on ways to end this war with a dignified peace. Russia is carrying out continuous attacks

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, Russia attacked a port infrastructure facility in the city of Pivdenne with a missile. CNN reported that Russia has been targeting Odesa with continuous attacks for the past 9 days, causing power outages in the city and surrounding areas.

Talks underway on a peace agreement in Ukraine
