Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended a program to mark the completion of one year of her government at the Namo Ground in Khajuri Chowk, in the North-East Lok Sabha constituency, on Monday. Addressing the gathering, she described the past 365 days as a year of “people’s trust, commitment to service, and the results of good governance.”

The Chief Minister said that “First step of change, one year of development” is not just a slogan, but a symbol of the positive changes in the lives of every citizen of Delhi. Over the past year, the government has given Delhi new momentum and direction through transparent administration, a corruption-free system, rapid infrastructure development, digital governance, and public welfare schemes. She said that this year has been a year of giving Delhi new confidence, where the government has prioritized the interests of every section of society, including the poor, workers, women, youth, and the middle class.

The Chief Minister said that a new model of good governance has been established in Delhi, based on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.” She expressed confidence that the coming times will be about further accelerating this pace of development, equipping Delhi with world-class facilities, and extending the benefits of various schemes to every citizen.

CM Rekha further stated that the enthusiasm of the crowd present at the event is proof that the people of Delhi stand with the government on this journey of development and good governance. The Chief Minister stated that the government, considering itself a servant of the people, will continue to work tirelessly for the all-round development of Delhi. Expressing gratitude to all the workers and the people of Delhi, the Chief Minister said that their trust is the government’s greatest strength, and with this trust, the resolve to build a developed Delhi will continue to move forward.
