Munna Shukla: Politics has also heated up due to rhetoric amid Lok Sabha elections in Bihar. Actually, Munna Shukla had reached Rabri residence in Patna on Saturday (30 March) to meet Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav. He can contest Lok Sabha elections from Vaishali on RJD ticket. During this, journalists asked a question to Munna Shukla that there was talk of voting for Bhumihars. Munna Shukla gave a controversial statement while interrupting the question. Said, “We are Bhumihars, there are few Chamars”. There is an uproar over this statement of Bahubali Munna Shukla. After this statement the matter has reached the police station.
Munna Shukla also said that he is telling the people of Vaishali that he is coming after completing some formalities for the ticket. You have been serving the people since 2004. Will do it in future too. It is noteworthy that Vaishali seat has gone to RJD’s account.
Patna High Court lawyer complained
Let us tell you that being hurt by Munna Shukla’s statement, Patna High Court advocate Amar Azad has given a written application to the SC-ST police station to file an FIR. In the application he has written, “Munna Shukla has abused all the people of Scheduled Caste including Chamar/Ravidas of Scheduled Caste by calling them caste-specific word Chamar. Munna Shukla has said this in the spirit of discrimination whereas due to the Lok Sabha elections there is a code of conduct in the entire country. Is applicable. A case should be registered against them under SC-ST Act.”
