Noida/Ghaziabad: A gang making huge profits by selling illegal weapons has been busted in Delhi-NCR. The weapons were being made in Ghaziabad by machines worth lakhs of rupees. Police have seized a numberless Brezza vehicle in Noida, in which a huge quantity of illegal weapons and materials for making them have been recovered. Police have arrested four accused and started investigating the case.

What is the whole matter?
Actually, in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the police is on alert mode. Intensive investigation is being done by continuously installing barriers. In the same sequence, on a tip-off, Police Station Ecotech-3 and Crime Detection Team Noida Central have caught a Brezza vehicle without number plate near Chauganpur roundabout, in which four people were traveling. During the search of the vehicle, the police recovered a huge quantity of illegal weapons and weapon making materials from the vehicle. The police have arrested all four accused and started investigating the case.

Who is the mastermind of this factory?
The mastermind of this illegal factory is Shah Fahad son of Naseem Ahmed. Other members of this gang are Badal, Shivampal and Sadiq. DCP Noida Central Nidhi Singh said that Shah Fahad alias Shanu has done a diploma in mechanical engineering from Ghaziabad and runs a company named Leo Parad India Industries Private Limited in the name of his wife.

These weapons were being manufactured secretly inside the factory. When a customer contacts the accused, the accused take a day or two and provide him the pistol and pistol as per his demand.

How much are these illegal weapons sold for?
A pistol is sold for around Rs 10 thousand and a pistol is sold for around Rs 80 thousand. The illegal weapons recovered from the accused and his associates were made by his company. These miscreants have installed big machines worth lakhs of rupees in their company Morata Ghaziabad for preparing spare parts.

DCP Central Suniti Singh said that one of the items recovered from them was a Brezza car. Equipment and weapons were being carried through it. One pistol, 8 country made pistols and a large quantity of weapon making equipment were recovered from them. Preliminary inquiry has revealed that the strictness of the police had increased after the Model Code of Conduct was imposed due to the Lok Sabha elections.

He wanted to shift the factory to Bulandshahr or rural area. During this time the police arrested him. When their criminal history was being scrutinized, it was revealed that in 2023, STF had also recovered a huge quantity of weapons and weapon making materials from them.
