Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, BJP released its manifesto today at the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Before the Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its manifesto today on Sunday at the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP has reiterated its resolve for a developed India in its manifesto. The party had constituted a committee under the leadership of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to prepare the draft of the manifesto. The committee has prepared this resolution letter after several rounds of meetings. After the launch of the Sankalp Patra, a copy of the Sankalp Patra was given to some people from every section of the country.

We fulfilled every resolution: Rajnath Singh
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, head of the committee that made the manifesto, said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, we have fulfilled every promise made to the countrymen. Be it the resolution letter of 2014 or the manifesto of 2019, under the leadership of PM Modi, we have fulfilled every resolution. He said that Modi’s guarantee is as good as gold. Under the leadership of PM Modi, work has been done successfully in the last 5 years to fulfill the resolve of India-Strong India. Now we are going to present our new manifesto before the 140 crore citizens of India.

He said that when we were going to contest the 2014 elections under the leadership of PM Modi, I was the national president of the party at that time. In the party’s resolution letter that was prepared keeping in mind the request of PM Modi, special care was taken to fulfill whatever resolution we put before the country. I am happy to say that whatever resolutions we took in 2019, today we have succeeded in fulfilling them all by 2024.”

A lot of work has been done in public interest in 10 years: Nadda
Referring to the achievements of the Modi government, JP Nadda said that a lot of work has been done in the public interest in the last 10 years. Work has been done to connect 60,000 new villages with metalled roads and all-weather roads have been built everywhere. We had never imagined that villages would be empowered, or that optical fiber would reach villages, but today I am happy that under your leadership, 1.2 lakh panchayats have been connected with optical fiber and have also been connected with internet facilities. He further said that 25 crore population of India has now risen above the poverty line. “According to the International Monetary Fund, extreme poverty in India has now reduced to less than one percent.”

He said that Ram Lalla’s life was consecrated in our government. Before releasing the manifesto, BJP National President JP Nadda said, “Today is the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar ji. Dr. Ambedkar dedicated his entire life to the fight for social justice. Following the path of Ambedkar, Bharatiya Jana Sangh to Bharatiya Janata Party have always fought this social battle, whether in power or not.

Regarding the party’s resolution letter, he said that the roadmap for service to the country will be prepared from the resolution letter. Every class and every community was developed under the leadership of PM Modi. Our government is dedicated to the development of the poor and every village. Earlier, party president JP Nadda greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the party headquarters.

27 leaders included in the manifesto committee
Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav as well as Arun Singh BL Santosh also reached the party headquarters. BJP has been calling its manifesto as Sankalp Patra. The party had constituted a committee under the leadership of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to prepare the draft of the manifesto. The committee has prepared this resolution letter after several rounds of meetings.

27 leaders were included in the committee that prepared the manifesto. Apart from Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, it included Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Ashwini Vaishnav, Smriti Irani, Kiran Rijiju and Arjun Ram Meghwal. Besides, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad have also been part of this committee. Sitharaman was also the convenor of this committee.
