Saurabh Bhardwaj Reaction On Arvind Kejriwal Bail: Delhi Government Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj has given a big statement on April 28 regarding the Delhi Excise case. He said, ‘Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is confident that the Supreme Court will allow Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections.’ AAP leader Bhardwaj’s statement has come at a time when CM Kejriwal’s petition challenging his arrest on Monday in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam is being heard in the Supreme Court today.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had presented his side before the Supreme Court on Saturday through his affidavit. The AAP leader said that Kejriwal has mentioned ED and CBI in his affidavit. He has said that the job of the investigating agencies is to present the truth before the court.
If CBI and ED got 1 lakh pages of documents and out of them 80,000 documents are in favor of Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party, then those 80,000 documents were not presented before the court. Only those documents were presented which were obtained by pressurizing people or putting them in jail.

According to AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj, ‘By luring people with bail and amnesty, by luring them with ticket to contest elections from NDA, only those witnesses who gave statements against them were presented before the court by ED and CBI.’ He said that ED-CBI do not have any evidence
Delhi’s Health Minister claimed that the Enforcement Directorate and the Central Bureau of Investigation have been investigating this matter for almost two years. Dozens of notices have been issued by the investigating agencies. Despite this, neither ED nor CBI has been able to present a single evidence against Arvind Kejriwal. He said that the AAP leader has been arrested as part of a conspiracy to stop him from campaigning.
