Rajasthan: A soldier died due to electric shock in Jaisalmer, in Pali a young man killed his father and committed suicide along with his son.

Jaisalmer/Pali: A soldier died due to electric shock in the military cantonment in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan. At the same time, in Pali district, a young man committed suicide after killing his father. According to the police, 28-year-old Lance Havildar Jagroop Singh died due to electrocution from a water motor in Jaisalmer district of the state. After the accident, other soldiers took Jagroop Singh to the Army Hospital where he was declared dead. After postmortem at Jawahar Hospital, the body of the soldier was handed over to the army.

The mortal remains of the jawan will be taken to his native town Tarn Taran, Punjab where his last rites will be performed. City Kotwal Sawai Singh said that Jagroop Singh, a resident of Tarn Taran, Punjab, was working as a Lance Havildar in the Indian Army and lived in the military cantonment located on Jodhpur Road. He told that according to the information received from the army, he was standing near a water motor in the park located in Cantt where he got electrocuted. In another tragic incident, a man in Pali district killed his father due to a family dispute and then allegedly committed suicide along with his 5-year-old son.

The young man had an argument with his father regarding divorce
Giving information about the incident, Pali Deputy Superintendent of Police Ratnaram Devasi said that after the murder of his father in Kulthana village on Wednesday night, a man committed suicide by jumping into the pond along with his son. He told that 30-year-old Prakash Patel had an argument with his father Durgaram Patel regarding his divorce. He strangled 65-year-old Durgaram to death. He told that Prakash later committed suicide by jumping into a pond along with his 5-year-old son Rahul. He said that the bodies were taken out early on Thursday.
