Delhi Money Laundering Case: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday alleged that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is working like the political wing of BJP. The intention of investigating the excise policy case is to “trap” the party. This statement from AAP has come after the ED named CM Arvind Kejriwal and the party as accused.

In fact, ED today filed a chargesheet against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam on May 17. In this, the investigating agency has also named ‘Aam Aadmi Party’ as an accused.

Naming the incumbent CM is the first incident

This is the first time that the incumbent Chief Minister and the ruling party of a state have been named in a money laundering case. Official sources said that the ED has filed a prosecution complaint before a special court here.

Not a single penny recovered yet

Special Judge Kaveri Baveja may take cognizance of the 200-page chargesheet in the coming days in this case. AAP claimed that ED has not recovered a single penny from its leaders. From the beginning of this fake investigation, its intention was to arrest AAP and all its top leaders and crush the party.

ED’s chargesheet is part of a conspiracy

ED’s chargesheet has implicated AAP and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, which is part of this big political conspiracy. The chargesheet states that now all the properties and bank accounts of Arvind AAP will be confiscated, which will be like committing oppression and injustice. In the Delhi Aabkari policy case, CM Arvind Kejriwal is out of jail on interim bail till June 1. He will have to surrender before the jail administration on June 2.
