There was a ruckus in Indore District Court on Tuesday when the accused threw a garland of shoes at the magistrate during a civil court hearing. After this, the lawyers present in the court thrashed the accused and his son in the court room itself. After getting the information, the police force of MG Road police station reached the spot but the lawyers standing outside the court did not let the accused leave. With great difficulty the police brought the accused out of the court and took him to the police station.

Protested the judge’s decision and then threw a garland of shoes
The case is of Indore District Court where 19th Session Judge Vijay Dangi was hearing a case related to land in Court No. 40. The hearing was going on against Salim vs Saeed when suddenly Mohammad Saeed protested against the decision given by the judge and threw a garland of shoes prepared in advance on the honorable judge. After this there was chaos there. Magistrate Dangi’s assistants present in the court room immediately caught Saeed and his son. The lawyers thrashed both of them.

The matter was immediately reported to the regional police station MG Road police, after which the regional ACP and the station in-charge also reached the spot and tried to take out the accused. During this, the lawyers surrounded the court room and demanded that the accused be handed over to them. About half an hour later, with the help of the police force, the accused were taken out of the court room and brought to the MG Road police station.

The prisoner got furious after getting the next date

Let us tell you that a similar incident happened yesterday in the ACJM court of Bhilwara District and Sessions Court of Rajasthan. On Monday, an undertrial prisoner threw a slipper towards the magistrate. Everyone present in the court premises was stunned by this sudden act of the prisoner during the hearing. It was told that he got furious after getting the next date for the hearing. The lawyers and guards present in the court premises at the time of the incident caught the undertrial prisoner and brought him out. At the same time, on receiving the information, the Kotwali police station reached the spot and left the undertrial prisoner in jail. In this case, the magistrate’s peon Babita Jain has registered a case against the undertrial prisoner in the Kotwali police station.
