Bail hearing will be held on June 19
Let us inform you that the bail application of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be heard on June 19. However, during the last hearing, the ED had opposed the bail and argued that Arvind Kejriwal’s medical test can be done in jail. In such a situation, he does not need bail.
These evidences were given in the last hearing
ED had included the alleged chat of Arvind Kejriwal with another accused Vinod Chauhan in its reply during the hearing, in which it was claimed that Vinod Chauhan was arranging Kejriwal’s meeting with a High Court judge. ED had said that this Vinod Chauhan is responsible for the transfer of Rs 25.5 crore from Delhi to Goa, which was met by Abhishek Boinpalli i.e. the representative of South Group. Vinod had also done the cash transfer himself. ED said that Vinod Chauhan was managing the transfer posting of Delhi Jal Board officials through Kejriwal.
