How long will the hearing be?

According to the information received, the hearing of the case will be held from 11:30 am to 12 noon or it may also be delayed. Because the court is opening today after the summer holidays and there will be many cases before the CJI’s bench.

The Center and the National Testing Agency (NTA) told the court on Friday that canceling this exam without any evidence of breach of confidentiality would have a very adverse effect as it could have a “serious impact” on lakhs of honest candidates. According to the July 8 cause list uploaded on the court’s website, a bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra will hear about 37 petitions related to the case.

Many arrests have been made in the case

The case of NEET paper leak in the country is heated from the streets to the Parliament. Agencies are engaged in investigating the matter. Protests took place in many cities regarding this. Many cases were also filed in the courts regarding the irregularities in the examination. Many arrests have also been made from many places including Bihar, Gujarat in the investigation of the case.

Let us tell you that NEET UG exam was conducted on May 5 this year, in which about 23 lakh candidates appeared at 4,750 examination centers in 571 cities. After the result of this exam came out, it came under controversy due to allegations of many irregularities including question paper leak. The investigation of the case is in the hands of CBI and the case is also going on in SC, which is to be heard today.
