Three youths committed a horrific crime on Wednesday night in Bhajanpura of the national capital Delhi. In this, the miscreants first slammed a young man sitting outside the street in a minor dispute and then stabbed him 17 times and killed him. The young man fell unconscious on the ground after four or five blows of the knife. Despite this, the miscreants kept stabbing him. On getting information about the incident, the people of the neighborhood took the victim to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
This incident took place on Wednesday night at around 11:30 in lane number 15, Gamri Extension. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body in their possession and sent it for post-mortem. The police is investigating the matter. According to the police, the help of electronic and manual surveillance is being taken to identify the miscreants. According to the police, footage of some suspects has been found in the CCTV cameras installed around the incident site. It is expected that the miscreants will be identified soon. After this, they will be arrested.
Stabbed like a thief
According to Bhajanpura police, the deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Sumit alias Prem Chaudhary. On Wednesday night around 11.30 he was sitting outside his street. Meanwhile, three four youths came there and an argument broke out between them over something. After this, the miscreants first beat Sumit badly with kicks and punches. After this, one of the miscreants took out a knife and started attacking him like a thief.
The deceased was guilty of attempted murder
Even when Sumit fell on the ground and became unconscious, the miscreants did not leave him. According to the police, 17 marks of deep knife wounds were found on Sumit’s body on the face, neck, chest and stomach. He was taken to JPC Hospital in an injured state, where doctors declared him dead. According to the police, Sumit was married and has a 3-year-old son. A case of attempted murder is also registered against him. The court convicted him in this case. However, later he was granted bail by the Delhi High Court. Now he was running a gym along with a tour and travels business.
