An ambulance could not reach the house of a patient in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. In such a situation, the family members took him on a cot and walked for 2 km. After this the patient reached home. There are no basic facilities in this village and the angry villagers also boycotted the Lok Sabha elections 2024, but the situation here has not changed till now.
These days the flood has wreaked havoc in the entire Bareilly division. The entire city area of Pilibhit and Shahjahanpur has been submerged, while the flood is also wreaking havoc in Bareilly. Floods have wreaked havoc in the rural areas here. Thousands of acres of crops have been destroyed, while people are facing a lot of difficulties in commuting. In the Nawabganj tehsil area of Bareilly district, a patient had to be taken on a cot for 2 km in deep water due to the road not being good for treatment.
Ambulance did not reach home
Due to Bareilly floods, many rivers are in spate, due to which the villages are flooded. Bajesh son Horilal resident of village Jarpa Mohanpur went to Andhra Pradesh three months ago to work as a laborer. Here he fell into boiling water while working. He got badly burnt due to this. He was admitted to the hospital in a hurry. After treatment, while returning home, the ambulance driver left Bagesh in Naugwa Bhagwantpur due to the bad road.
Jarpa Mohanpur does not have basic facilities
From Naugwa Bhagwantpur, his family took Brijesh on a cot and took him to his home in Jarpa Mohanpur of Nawabganj area, crossing 2 km of water. Jarpa Mohanpur is a village situated near the Devha river on the border of Bareilly district. Which is very backward in terms of development. There is no connecting road to go to the village. Even today the village is far away from development. Due to this, the villagers also boycotted the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
