Relief from SC

It is worth noting that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged liquor scam case. While granting bail to CM Kejriwal, the court has also imposed some conditions on him. The Supreme Court said that Arvind Kejriwal will not go to the Chief Minister’s Office and Delhi Secretariat during the period of interim release.

Cannot sign any file
The Supreme Court said that Kejriwal will have to fill a bail bond of Rs 50,000 and will have to give a security of the same amount. Along with this, Arvind Kejriwal cannot sign any file unless it is necessary to do so to get approval from the LG.

Scam file should be kept away from CM
Granting interim bail to Kejriwal, the Supreme Court said that he will not make any comment or statement regarding his role in the present case. He will not interact with any witness. Any official file related to the alleged liquor scam case should also be kept away from the reach of the CM.
