A woman from West Bengal has accused a doctor and his associate of gangrape. The woman lodged a complaint against the doctor at the police station. Dr. Ahbar Hussain, a resident of Gangoh Mohalla Kotla, who runs a clinic in Deoband, was accused of changing his name and marrying her.
The police arrested the accused doctor on Saturday from near Saidham temple on Muzaffarnagar highway in Deoband. The police is interrogating the man. The police say that other absconding accused in this case are being searched.
Accused doctor arrested
The woman accused a Muslim doctor that Dr. Ahbar married her by trapping her in a love trap by posing as Aman Dixit and later converted her religion and got her married. The woman is a Hindu, when she came to know about this truth, she protested against it. The woman alleged that when she protested against this, Dr. Ahbar called his friends and gangraped her to take revenge. The police took action and arrested the accused doctor and sent him to jail.
Police investigation revealed that he had married many women by trapping them in his love trap. His partner Arif also married a Hindu woman by trapping her in his love trap. According to the police, the accused posed as Hindus and deceived women by making up stories and trapping them in his love trap, after which he gang-raped them along with his friends.
