Trade and business are being expanded a lot during the reign of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. His efforts have also been openly praised by the country’s big industrialists. The year 2025 has been declared as the “Industry Year” to promote investment promotion in the state. ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025’ is proposed to be organized in February. Before that, the country’s famous industrialists praised Chief Minister Dr. Yadav in a program organized in Mumbai on Saturday. This discussion with investors was organized at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. One-to-one meetings were held with more than 25 industrialists from different sectors.
Godrej Consumer Products Limited Executive Chairperson Nisaba Godrej discussed one-to-one efforts to encourage investment in industries operating in the state. An investment of Rs 400 to 500 crore will be made in this plant. Also, efforts will be made to start the production in the coming year. Appreciating Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s concern for biodiversity conservation, Hindustan Construction Company Chairman and Managing Director Ajit Gulabchand discussed proposals for construction works with the latest technology to provide connectivity without disturbing biodiversity.
One-to-one session held in Mumbai
In the one-to-one session held in Mumbai, Larsen & Tourbo CMD S.N. Subramaniam presented proposals for investment in indoor IT complex and data center and Parle Agro CEO Shona Chauhan presented proposals for investment in the production of beverages and dairy products in the state. CII Vice President Mukandan praised the state’s Seekho-Kamao Yojana and informed about the investment proposals by the members of the organization. During the one-to-one discussion, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Chairman Anil Ambani, GSW Cement & Paint Managing Director Parth Jindal, Hetiz Group MD and CEO were present. Many industrialists and investors including Andre Eckoldt, MD of Lodha Group Abhinandan Lodha, Managing Director of Supreme Industries Limited S.J. Taparia discussed the issue.
Cooperation of states is necessary for the success of developed India
During the interactive session, Chairman Welspun Group V.K. Goenka said that the cooperation of all the states is necessary for the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of developed India by the year 2047. The work done by the Chief Minister during the last 8 months has accelerated the pace of development of infrastructure in the state. Projects worth Rs 60 thousand crores like Ken-Betwa, Parvati-Kali Sindh River Projects and Gandhi Sagar Chambal Project are being brought. His dedication towards work is from the heart. 40 percent budget has also been increased for industries. This will provide great relief to the industries and the pace of industrial development will accelerate.
Round table meeting with investors
MD of Grasim Industries H.K. Agarwal said that Grasim Group has been associated with the state since the independence of the country. All the industrial centres of the group in the state are leading at the national and international level. He said that entrepreneurs who want to succeed should invest in Madhya Pradesh. After the interactive session, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav held a round table meeting with institutional investors. Discussed the investment friendly policies and work culture of the state. Also, inspired for investment by publishing investment possibilities. Discussed the export possibilities in the state in the round table meeting with FIEO.
Youth encouraged for participation
Appreciating the efforts of the Chief Minister, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was requested to join the road show to be organized by FIEO abroad. In the round table meeting with startups, the Chief Minister encouraged the youth to participate in the development of the state. He encouraged the establishment of IT industries in various districts of the state and to prepare products from abundant minerals and agricultural raw materials available in the state. He said that the government’s policy and intention to increase the trade and business of the state is clear. Every obstacle in the path of development and trade will be removed.
