Jharkhand Train Derailment: A train accident occurred in Chakradharpur, Jharkhand in the early hours of Tuesday (30 July). Train number 12810 Howrah-CSMT Express derailed near Chakradharpur. 6 people are reported to be injured in this accident. The number of the locomotive involved in the incident is 37077.
According to the information, this train accident happened between Rajkharswan West Outer and Barabamboo station at around 4.00 am. Railway medical teams have started relief and rescue operations. ARME along with staff and ADRM CKP are present on the site. All the injured have been given first aid by the medical team of Indian Railways.
Train collided with goods train
According to the information, about 5 bogies of Howrah-Mumbai Mail Express derailed and then collided with the goods train standing there. The railway itself has confirmed that more than 6 people are injured in this accident, who are being brought to Chakradhar Railway Hospital.
Reason for accident not clear
